PRIVACY POLICY

All personal data provided by users through an e-mail will be treated with strict confidentiality according to the provisions of the Law on Data Protection – Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December. The user is thus explicitly informed that data will be part of the files of CUROS, S.A.

Furthermore, the user is entitled to access, rectify, oppose or cancel the data provided, by means of a notification by certified post to: PARC ACTIVITATS ECONÒMIQUES C/ MAS DE LA MORA 12 – 08500 – VIC (BARCELONA), or by sending an e-mail to administracion@curos.es, in which the files to be consulted will be specified.

 

Personal data shall be treated with confidentiality and included in the files of CUROS, S.A., in order to provide a more personalized service. Data is never supplied to third parties without the owner’s consent.

 

Users are entitled to access, rectify, oppose or cancel the data provided by means of a notification by email to the owner’s address.

Use and Purpose of the Data Collected

The data collected in the different application forms on the website is relevant and strictly necessary in order to manage and process the requests. Thus information about the services may be sent to the users. Obligatory fields are specified in the very forms. Their non-provision will imply the impossibility of managing the requests. Likewise, the user ensures that all the data collected is accurate, current and relevant to the purpose of the request.

 

The personal data collected shall be stored for as long as the business relationship lasts. Once the latter is terminated, the data shall remain stored in accordance with the legally established period before its destruction.

 

By the provision of the data, the user authorizes the company to incorporate the data to the company’s files, provided that the company deems it convenient in order to process the requested order.

 

By checking the checkbox in the form, the user consents to be sent information about the company’s services that may be of the user’s interest.

 

In order to keep the user’s data up-to-date, any possible changes ought to be notified. Otherwise, the accuracy of the information cannot be ensured. Unless the personal data is expressly deleted from the company’s files, it is understood that the user remains interested in being part of the files until the DPO in charge deems the data appropriate for the purpose for which the data was collected.

 

Rights of Users (Data Owners)

The users and data owners are entitled to:

  • Receive information about whether the DPO is using their personal data.
  • Access their personal data, rectify inaccurate data, or in due case, request the removal of the data whenever the data does not comply with the initial purposes for which it was collected.
  • Request limitation on the treatment of their personal data in certain circumstances. In such cases, the DPO shall be the only one to store the data, in case it is necessary to make a claim or to constitute a legal defence against legal appeals.
  • Deny the treatment of their personal data for reasons related to the user’s specific situation in certain circumstances.
  • Obtain their personal data in a machine-readable and ISO-based format to transfer it to another DPO by virtue of transferability in certain circumstances.

 

Data owners may exercise their rights:

If the user deems that their rights have not been protected adequately, the user has the right to lodge a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
